Classic peaked lid for Langstroth beehives to use over existing migratory lid. These are made from pine and are supplied flat pack without screws. The use of single pieces of timber for the lid rather than the slats means less joints to rot and better longevity.

If you order the copper version we will supply  a custom folded copper cover to cover the two roof panels and top bar with copper tacks to hold them on. The copper can be polished to a high shine but will be supplied raw with some marks from the cutting and folding process (and a few finger prints). We recommend just letting the copper age rather than trying to polish it.

These will fit a flow hive® but sit a bit lower that the regular flow® lid we have a rim that gives the roof enough clearance here .
